I've lived at Elliott Arms for several years now and absolutely love it. It's close enough to La Crosse's downtown so I can easily walk or bike to most of the things I need, but you also avoid the louder college crowd downtown usually draws. I also lucked out with an incredible view overlooking the city and bluffs. The best thing I can say about the apartment complex though is the amazing staff. They're always friendly, willing to help you out with incoming packages and mail, keep the place clean, and usually have a 24 hour turnaround time for maintenance issues. I requested to have a drain unclogged and it was fixed within a few hours. You get what you pay for with the steeper rental price, but you also get a lot of perks with the extra expense. (Also, they allow cats!)

The staff at Elliott Arms are friendly and always happy to help. The common areas are kept clean and maintenance requests are taken care of the same day, usually even within an hour. There's even emergency maintenance on call on weekends to take care of urgent issues in a timely manner.

There are a lot of great features to this apartment complex. Some of my favorite aspects of my apartment are: newly renovated, quiet, safe, central location, and lots of storage space. I have enjoyed living here and find the staff to be very professional and helpful. Nice place to live!

Friendly, helpful staff. Same day repairs for problems. Quiet and close to the downtown area and schools. Secure building. Plenty of space, including huge storage locker in the basement. Fair rent prices. Have been here 4 years and absolutely love it!

Great proximity to downtown, the local farmers market, public library, etc. Very friendly staff that resolves any issues in a timely manner. Clean building and a great value for the price. We have lived here three years and absolutely love it!

I lived here previously for three years, and when I was once again looking for an apartment, I was happy to find an opening here. The building is clean and secure, and my daughter and I both love it here. We've lived other places in La Crosse, and they don't compare.

Every time I have interacted with the staff at Elliott Arms it has been a positive experience. Issues are always taken care of in a timely manner, and when they do maintenance on my apartment they have even fixed problems that I didn't tell them about! One day I was trying to sell a large chair, and the woman came to get it at the front of the building, but it wouldn't fit in her car. Just as both of us were running out of ideas on how she could haul this thing, two of the staff came out with string and a bungee cord to help us tie down her trunk so she could take it home. Saved the day really.
