If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, great priced apartment look no more. The heat is covered and you will never be cold in the winter. It's a three minute walk downtown and there's always parking at most two blocks away on the street. On site laundry and storage is convenient and management is quick with responses. This place is so affordable especially for someone looking for single room apartments compared to most of La Crosse.

I have lived in Elliott Arms for two and a half years and have never had a single complaint. The building manager is a hard worker and does a great job taking care of the property. The building is very safe and I like that the tenants range from old to young and it's a diverse group of people. I definitely recommend living in Elliott Arms.

The building is in a great spot, a short walk away from downtown and right next to Western Tech. The maintenance service is also great and any problems we've had have been solved pretty quickly.

13 October 2021 I have lived in my Elliott Arms apartment for seven years now. You cannot beat the location and price. It is close to the library, the Food Co-Op, the river, and a bus stop is right across the street too. The building is clean, and the staff is friendly and responds quickly to any needs. The apartments are a fine size, and there is extra storage in the basement, which is awesome! There is also on-site laundry. I highly recommend living at Elliott Arms!

I have been living here for over 5 years now, and it is hands down the best affordable apartment building I have lived in while living in the La Crosse area. I rarely ever hear my neighbors, maintenance is top notch and they are cat friendly! Yeah, they charge pet rent, which I don't really care for, but it is the lowest pet rent in town. Management is friendly and always responds quickly. When I have issues they are often resolved within an hour or two. Package delivery is awesome here. Despite packages not being kept in the front office for pickup anymore due to Covid 19, they are kept under video surveillance. Don't even get me started on Thor the new Building manager. He is just plain awesome. You want off street parking? They have parking spots you can rent. Want to take a nice hot shower on a frigid morning? This building has copious amounts of it. The bathtubs are great as well. Electricity bills are super low due to the included heat, and you can't beat the rent. Violent storms are no problem due to the solid construction of the building. Floors are crazy solid, so no wobbly shelves when you walk past them. The list goes on and on. They just don't build them like this anymore. Elliott Arms has allowed me to get my cost of living way down, pay off all of my debt, and stay debt free for years. Do yourself a favor, schedule an apartment showing, I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I lived here many years ago, and was referring a friend recently when I realized I never left a review of this building! This place was one of the best buildings I've ever lived in. The building holds a classic and simple elegance not found in new buildings. It's perfectly sized for a single person looking for a new start or simplified living. Quiet, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. I will always recommend Elliott Arms to my friends seeking apartments in La Crosse.

I did want to thank you for all the service and help you've extended me through the years. I've lived in apartments, most of my adult life, from San Francisco to Houston, Texas, Rapid City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Key West, Florida and you guys are right up there with the best. I hear so many horror stories from apartment dwellers in La Crosse about the poor service getting things repaired or other requests they make to their apartment owners. I tell them all to come over to Elliott Arms and their troubles will be over. That's why I've been here 20 years and have never even thought of moving someplace else! Thanks again.

My wife and I have lived here previously and when we returned to LaCrosse we contacted the manager in advance so we would have an apartment waiting for us. Love the location and the staff. We walk and bike nearly everywhere! The building is safe and well maintained. Close to everything but enough removed to be a quiet place to live. 😀

Heat and water included in this place. Offers a lot of amenities and the walls are pretty solid to keep noise down. Really happy with this place :)
