I've lived at Evergreen Apartments for 2 years and it's been wonderful! The property manager (Matt) and maintenance employee (Travis) are so quick to respond to needs and questions. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The updated kitchen is fantastic too! I love so many things about living here - the location is prime and less than a mile from UW Stevens Point, plus it's on the UWSP and city bus routes. It's super close to the downtown area too which is great! Having laundry on-site is so helpful, I don't have to leave the property to do laundry which helps so much. Overall, the team of Matt and Travis who take care of tenants and these apartments, plus the wonderful location and amenities, help make this a great place to live!

I've been living at Evergreen for over 5 years now and there's good reason I still call this place my home. Matt and Travis are simply the best around and they keep the complex and the area around it looking and running nicely. We've never had a wait for something that needs to get done. I've even seen them both here on the weekends, their days off, to assist with things that needed taken care of. There's so much dedication from both of them. They aren't the stuffy landlords you hear in apartment horror stories. Matt and Travis are beyond welcoming and happy to help or even just chit chat for a bit! The apartments themselves are a great space. They are consistently keeping up with them and updating as necessary. When you live at Evergreen, you're not just paying for a place to live, you're paying for exceptional service as well.

As this was my first step out into the adult world, I was very picky about where I would be. I toured multiple homes and apartments before finally deciding on Evergreen Apartments. The landlord is respectful and professional, the grounds are kept orderly and clean, the facilities are properly managed, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and well taken care of. The ability to pay and keep track of everything online (on an app too!) makes this all so much easier! I highly recommend this property for college students, families, and whoever needs a place to be in Stevens Point WI.

Living at Evergreen has been such a great experience. When I moved in the apartment was spotless! So very clean and made moving in much less stressful. The Maintenance man is very friendly and very efficient. Great place to live!

If you're a college student and don't want to deal with proximity issues, then Evergreen is perfect as it's just a mile from campus and on the bus line to shopping without hassle. I've been here for 4 months into my 2nd lease here and love it.

Matt at Evergreen Apartments was very helpful with answering questions about terms of the lease. He was very prompt with returning phone calls and setting up a time to view the apartment!

Matt and Travis are both wonderful people. They are very easy to talk with, which makes solving any problems or getting questions answered a breeze. There's a real sense of dedication to the property from both of them, as they are quick to remove snow, leaves, trash, etc, and a timely response to problems that need to be fixed within the apartments.

Glenco Properties takes absolute pride in their units. It is shown by the Management and Maintenance team, Matt and Travis who are the absolute finest team you will find. I have been a homeowner most of my life and these gentlemen treat this establishment like it is their own by taking great pride in how they perform their tasks!!!! Thank You Matt and Travis!!!!

Here is a story I recall that illustrates how consistently responsive Matt and Travis are: I left a voicemail message over the weekend that my kitchen sink faucet was a little leaky (not an emergency) and when I came back for my lunch break on Monday I found a brand new faucet already installed. I know many people have landlords that take months to resolve issues, so what happens here at Evergreens is a breath of fresh air.
