I've lived in 4 different apartments in Milwaukee in the last 6 years. The Grange/Allison Apartments have been the best choice by far. The apartments are clean, updated, and beautiful. The landscaping and yard always looks perfect, no matter the season. The maintenance is quick. When you need them they are there. This is something that is especially hard to find around here but they are very quick & attentive to your issues (if ANY EVEN OCCUR). The rent price seems too good to be true...but it's true. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Glenco Properties.

Amber is absolutely amazing! She is so nice and always looks to help out! Every time I call, the staff answers my phone call right away and tend to my needs. I am looking forward into moving in this month!

We are renewing again for the 44th year!! I want to sincerely thank you for your meticulous upkeep of the property and the very quick response to repair anything that may break. I know for a fact that not every property does that, and many have much higher rents.

We have lived at Grange/Allison Apartments for 38 years. There must be a good reason for this. Raised our family here. Good schools, within walking distance. Laundry facilities, storage, air conditioning, heat included, appliances included, well maintained.

I began looking for an apartment for myself almost a year ago and it was taking what felt like forever. Every place I looked at just wasn't big enough or had noisy neighbors or wasn't in the part of town I grew up in and love. But the second I came to the Grange/Allison Apartments, I was sold. It's in a perfect place that leaves me close to the freeway and all the amenities I could ever ask for. It's super quiet, I sometimes forget I have neighbors until I run into them in the hallway or outside. They are always super friendly which is a huge plus for a people's person like me! Unfortunately I have no choice but to move away for work. I'm gonna miss this place and I doubt I'll find anything comparable at the same reasonable price.

My husband & I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet & our building is quiet, which is a must for both of us since we work very early hours. Happy with management & if there are any maintenance problems, they are taken care of in a reasonable time frame. Great place to live in a great neighborhood! 3 years ago the manager at Grange-Allison got us our apartment the same day we had a horrific apartment building fire at our previous complex. If it wouldn't have been for everyone at Grange-Allison & Glenco Properties, we would've been homeless! You guys are awesome! Thank you 😊

When my girlfriend and I were searching for apartments I had lofty expectations, but wanted it at a reasonable price. The minute I stepped foot into the apartment at Grange/Allison and inquired about the rental price I thought we had found some place that was too good to be true. I was wrong.... it's good and it's all true! The layout is amazingly economical. The rooms are very nice sizes, and have a ton of well placed storage spaces. Having onsite parking is a plus: you get one space included, which is awesome! Paying for an additional space is also super cheap. Being so close to schools, the apartment complex draws in a lot of families. There's a nice area between apartment buildings where kids can run around, and it's nice seeing the families enjoy that area. We live in a lower apartment next to a few sets of families and never hear them when they're home. In addition, the only time we hear people above us is if they are vacuuming. All in all, the walls are thick, giving a nice sense of privacy to each apartment. My girlfriend comments a lot about it feeling like an actual home. The bathroom is bigger than any apartment I've lived in previously. The layout is the smartest. With a bedroom and an office that can fit two people without feeling claustrophobic it becomes a stress free environment. And with all that being said..... the price tag is cheaper than apartments that don't come anywhere near the comfort this space brings. The decision to live here was a no-brainer. It still sometimes feels too good to be true, but luckily, it is true.

Quiet, clean and good service.

Been living in the apartment for a year now. And love it, having a quiet place to go home to is wonderful. Not having to worry about if something breaks how long will it take for someone to fix it is a BIG plus. The management are great as well always say hello and making sure everything is o.k. Also nice to live in a place that puts the rent back into the buildings.
