Our first time living in an apartment and it far exceeds our expectations! The apartment is very spacious and has an attached garage with a private entrance which was a definite plus in helping us decide to live here. Also, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and very quiet which gives one the feeling of living in the country. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tina in the office and Jeremy in maintenance are a well-oiled team. They both respond immediately to any questions or problems that might occur, and Jeremy can fix anything!! I would definitely recommend West Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Absolutely love this property & the management!!! If you need something fixed, that day it will be done!! Super quiet and clean!! We plan on staying here for awhile!!! We love it here!!!

Wisconsin's Best - West Ridge Apartments in Burlington!!! ***** Initially I dreaded relocating and moving from a house to an apartment, but after I visited West Ridge in Burlington over a year ago when I was in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment I was right away impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Tina and Jeremy who patiently answered my questions and assisted with the paperwork. They made the transition go much smoother, and I haven’t regretted moving here. It's just a wonderful place to be, because your home makes such a difference. I would definitely recommend West Ridge Apartments in Burlington Wisconsin as the ideal option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy all of the amenities of a home, along with peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. It was also such a thoughtful surprise and really nice touch to be greeted by Tina, the manager, on the first day with a very practical “welcome to West Ridge tote bag” which included not only goodies from “Chocolate City” (Burlington) and other useful items, but also valuable information about the apartments and general area, such as stores, things to do etc. which is especially helpful for anyone relocating from another state or area. The apartments are spacious, clean, with large closets and attractive décor. Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient, not to mention having your own balcony or porch and attached garage, as well as a separate entrance for each tenant. The grounds are beautifully maintained in the Summer, and kept plowed and salted in the Winter. The entire complex is park-like and well designed, and the little pond with the waterfall is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times. If any type of maintenance needs to be done, Tina and Jeremy always respond quickly and expertly. They are both courteous and responsive to questions, and keep tenants informed at all times. They are very professional and make a great team. I am also impressed by the safety standards of the apartments, such as fire and smoke alarms, which is not always the case in other places. Kudos to Tina and Jeremy for being an exceptional management team that truly makes a difference because they care about the residents and the place, and I hope they will remain here so that West Ridge can maintain its unique character that sets it apart from most other apartment complexes. I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and have had only positive experiences. Any maintenance issues/questions are addressed promptly, Tina always get back to me that day with any concerns I have called about, and the building upkeep is always maintained.

We have only been here for a short time, but we love our apartment at West Ridge. The quiet, friendly community is a wonderful place to live. Our first interaction with Tina increased our desire to live in this community as she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about each complex. Highly recommend West Ridge to anyone looking!

During this time, there's no place I'd rather be, than "stuck" at home! I love my home, and have been here for over 6 years! I enjoy the quiet neighborhood sitting on my deck or lawn while working from home. I felt safer not having to go elsewhere to do laundry, since we have a washer and dryer in each apartment. There is a wonderful walking / bike trail just behind the apartment buildings. I also like the 24-hour maintenance aspect. I haven't had to use them often, but when I did they were extremely quick to respond.

I've been here 3 years and couldn't be happier with my luck in being able to call this home! The management is exceptional with response and maintenance. The location is quiet, peaceful, near shopping, downtown and Lake Geneva! The value of the home is untouchable for surrounding areas.

I’ve been living here for 5 years now. I’m really impressed with how responsive Tina and Jeremy are if a problem arises. Love how soundproof the apartment is, and the lovely green spaces and pond. I willingly recommend West Ridge to friends. Two of my daughters lived here before they built their homes.

When we made the hard decision to downsize and give up our home, we looked at several facilities. We are truly glad we moved into West Ridge Apartments. The apartment not only has all the aspects we were looking for, but it feels like a home and not just an apartment, with the outside entrance to walk directly into our place and not walk down a hall to find it like a hotel. We enjoy the garage with all the space for storage and the huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We enjoy the open area between the kitchen, dining area, and living room so that when we do have company, no matter where they sit - living room couch, dining room table, or in the kitchen while getting the dinner on - we can all join in the conversation. But the best part of all with living here at West Ridge Apartments is the excellent and courteous service we receive from Tina and Jeremy. They not only are always friendly, but if there should be a problem, it is solved immediately. I am amazed at how professional and polite they can be when some residents show them no respect what so ever. We have adjusted to our downsizing because we feel like it's our home here.

We have been here at West Ridge for almost a year and a half now and it's the first time living in an apartment atmosphere for both of us. I really like the spaciousness and layout of our apartment. It accommodates my husbands handicap needs. The grounds are kept up very well, but I noticed that the further we are located on the street, the less colorful plants that we have. I try to make up for the that by adding color to my patio. Maintenance is very prompt when a request is put in. The Manager has answered any question I have and is always available. Long story short, I love my apartment! Shirley
