Have been living here for now going on 9 years, every time I have asked for service from the maintenance staff and from Tina, I always mention that it's not that big of a deal to get completed right away, but withing 2 business days of the request Jeremy and Tina always, and I mean always have the work completed. I also want to compliment the way the grounds are always kept neat and tidy, and updates to the pavement are always taken care of before it can get real ugly. For a single person the apartments are very spacious. The atmosphere on the grounds are at most times quiet and relaxed (we do have an older population in the area that I am in). Over all great place to live and to enjoy the sounds of the outdoors. Well done you guys, keep up the great work on keeping everyone happy and satisfied.

Only been here a few months but are enjoying our new home. Staff is top notch - Tina is always so pleasant and helpful - Jeremy has responded promptly to our few minor repairs. Especially like the attached garage and laundry facilities.

This is the first time we've ever lived in an apartment. My wife and I are currently between houses and we've been living here for almost 2 years. When we were looking for a place to live, we wanted to find something that would allow us to maintain as many of the features we had living in our old house. West Ridge Luxury Apartment was the perfect choice. It's quiet, spacious, beautiful, reasonably affordable, family-friendly, safe, and boasts a kind community. These units are condo-style units at a very reasonable price. You get a private entrance and a private garage. The sound-proofing in the building is immaculate; we very rarely hear the neighbors. On the subject of neighbors, ours are very friendly. Tina is very kind, helpful, prompt, and considerate. While we don't have a lot of issues, she's handled the ones we've had very quickly. Jeremy (maintenance) is very kind, helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. The response time is excellent. Most issues are resolved the next weekday and many of them are resolved the same weekday. Our experience with West Ridge Luxury Apartments has been an excellent one. It's made our house-to-house transition much easier and manageable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Have lived here for almost a year and a half, and have zero complaints. The staff if always very responsive about getting information, or things taken care of. The apartment is spacious and very high quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to live.

from the moment i saw the add and called tina i felt respected and welcome. she helped me get my info turned in and worked with me for the move in date as well as did a fantastic job of being fast with responses and friendly if i had questions. jeremy does a fantastic job of responding in a timly manner if you have issues and there both easy to contact. the units them selves are very spacious and cozy, as well as have everything you need plus a few bonuse things.

I have lived here for almost 4 years & I love living by the pond. I have never had an attached garage or a washer & dryer in my apartment so this is a luxury for me! Jeremy is nice when you need something fixed.

The West Ridge Apartments are the best ever! I never thought an apartment could feel so much like a home, when I moved in here 5 years ago I thought it was temporary. Now I can't image lIving anywhere else. Always feel safe, quiet neighborhood, parking and entryways are well-lit.

All around great experience with Tina and Jeremy here at West Ridge. They both invest time and care into providing an environment that is courteous, friendly, and a wonderful place to call home. Both are incredibly responsive to questions, repairs, and the various needs of their tenants. The ground maintenance in the winter is reliable and thorough keeping our safety as a top priority. Throughout the rest of the seasons, it is maintained with care for beauty as the views really reflect a sense of peace. The floor plans are spacious. Having a garage and a parking space allows for flexibility in storage needs and vehicle protection during the winter months. The safety checks performed are very much appreciated and increases my sense of security. The newsletter and Facebook page reflects their desire to invest in the Burlington community. Communicating to us with Burlington's new (Hot Chocolate Fest) and traditional (Chocolate Fest) festivals, events, and philanthropic group activities of Burlington provides me with the opportunity to make new connections and enjoy what my community has to offer.

First off, let me start by saying that I've rented apartments all my adult life and moved plenty of times to have a pretty good idea of how apartment living is. Westridge Apartments are by far the best apartments I have ever rented with. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the amenities that they provide, such as washer and dryer in the unit and central air. You have no idea how amazing it is to be able to wash and dry your laundry in the comfort of your own apartment after having to rely on either laundromats or off-site washers and driers all your life. The apartments are also cat-friendly, letting you keep up to two cats with only an extra $25 a month on your rent. That's crazy, considering most places will gouge pet owners with crazy fees or non-returnable deposits. Not to mention the staff, namely Tina and Jeremy, who are always extremely friendly and always respond to any complaints or concerns quickly and efficiently. I've been living here for almost three years now and I can say with certainty that I will be renewing my lease when the time comes.
