Love this place to stay..

I love this place to stay. Apartment is good and well maintained. Amber and Kristin are very friendly and always helpful.

Thank you Management Team at Tuckaway Heights

I truly enjoy living at Tuckaway Heights Apartments because I feel safe. The property is nice, clean and secure - it is well maintained and has plenty of lights at night. The office staff and maintenance personnel are outstanding here. Thank you!

Great Value

I have been here almost seven months and I have to say that I really do enjoy living here. It is quiet, the staff is friendly, and maintenance responds quickly to any of my needs. My unit is recently remodeled and it is beautiful. The landscaping is beautiful and the area is well maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an updated unit for a fair monthly cost.

Loved these apartments...

Friendly staff, lavishing green and clean property, good and safe neighborhood.

14 year resident

I'm at Tuckaway Heights 14 years and have seen lots of improvements in my time. The park-like grounds are lovely and just one of them. So many new plants and lighting lamps along the path to the office. Thank you!

Well balanced living, Safe community

Tuckaway Heights is a quiet, peaceful community yet within close proximity to tons of shopping and restaurants. My family and I feel very safe at all hours. Maintenance of the grounds is impeccable. Our service requests are typically completed on the same day. We love the central air conditioning and the 10 x 10 storage unit in the basement. We've lived here for about 10 years, expanded our family and life has been made a little bit easier because we chose to call Tuckaway Heights home!

Great place to live!

I moved here from Madison last year and when I first saw Tuckaway Heights, I had no doubt that it was my future home! I signed for a one bedroom right away. The process was fast and easy. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. The grounds are well kept and the people are very friendly. I feel very safe living here and renewed my one year lease a few months ago. The only downside I saw was that both the tennis court and swimming pool were taken out. If Tuckaway had a fitness center, it would be even better. But as of now, I'm extremely satisfied with Tuckaway Heights. I would recommend for anyone looking for a new apartment!

A place to call home

My husband and I have been living at Tuckaway Heights since June, 1997. We have been extremely happy with the apartment complex. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. When a major transformation is to take place such was should the now gone pool be repaired or building garages the office always asks their tenant families whether they want this or not and the cost that would affect their rent. The grounds are well maintained and love the fact that the complex is located in a park like setting with picnic tables and grills. There is central air and newer windows were put in for added insulation as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in each room of your apartment. With the maintenance crew replacing the batteries each year. Heat is also paid Hallways are vacuumed once a week as well as the laundry area. The parking lot has recently been redone. I read in one of the reviews that a person was not happy because if you do not move your car to make room for the snow plows your car is ticketed and towed. What this person failed to mention was that Tuckaway Heights sends you a notice that states that after snow storms your car should be moved by 9am so that the plows can come through for snow removal and failure to do so would result in a ticket and towing. This should come as no surprise to anyone who lives in this apartment complex. Yes no one likes to go outside in the cold to brush off their car and move it then move it back to their parking spot, but come on, they are doing snow removal from the parking lot and from your parking spot. Let's face it, you will eventually have the to brush off your car and if you had your own place, you would have to shovel or plow your driveway and sidewalk or pay to have someone do it and as far the ticket and towing goes it would be unfair to the tenant(s) who have the parking spot next to you that the plow could not do their parking spot because the person next to them was too lazy to get up and move their car! Tuckaway's rents are reasonable for what is included and I will always recommend Tuckaway Heights to anyone who is looking for a well maintained apartment located in a very safe location with locked lobbies and reasonable rents!

Great place with even better people

I love my apartment! It's one of the most spacious I have lived in/seen. The closet space is amazing. Bedroom is spacious. Kitchen/dining area gives plenty of space! The grounds are well kept year round! As amazing as my apartment is I truly believe the people are what make it extra special! The office staff is super friendly and helpful as are the maintenance people! I am not high maintenance by any means but there are several members of the staff who remember me. Any repairs are done promptly! The neighbors are just as great! I've had one of my neighbors offer to walk me to my door when it was later at night. Nothing is perfect but Tuckaway Heights walks pretty close to perfection!

Great maintenance and staff

Maintenance is great I like living here! The area is safe to live in compared to other apartments. It's convenient to stores and my doctors. The office staff has always been nice to me. Any complaints are taken care of right away!
