I've lived here over 6 years and am still impressed. I don't have to worry about anything related to my apartment. All Tuckaway employees are professional and respectful from questions answered at the office or prompt assistance with any repair issues. Grounds and buildings are well maintained. Read the list of amenities on the website. I particularly like gas heat, central air, garage, trees, location... Hoping life circumstances allow me to stay a very long time!

I have lived here for like 7 years and I have never come across a nicer group of people. Everyone from the community to the employees are so nice and considerate. Even the plow guy has stopped to help me out as I was trying to dig my car out and have an injured foot. I have had a neighbor who saw me sitting in my car one night after work just check to make sure I was ok. It is certainly the amazing community of people from residents and beyond. They take care of the property and residents. The maintenance crew are amazing and always take care of issues in the most timely fashion. They keep safety top of mind as well with top notch COVID protocol while still taking care of the community. I cannot praise Tuckaway Heights enough.

I moved into Tuckaway Heights for many reasons but the top 3 reasons why I moved to Tuckaway Heights is as follows. The first reason was the beautiful grounds that are properly maintained by the Tuckaway staff. Second, if anything seems to be wrong or off with any outlets or other amenities in the apartment, the maintenance staff do a fantastic job and responding quick and fixing the issues as soon as possible. Finally, the staff will always keep tenants informed ahead of times with any big changes or major construction that is happening in the area.

I have been with Tuckaway Heights since 2019. They have done a good job with maintaining the complex and my apartment unit. The maintenance team is AWESOME and quick to respond. When I moved in, I was impressed with the condition of the place. It is also in a great location. It's "tucked away" in the cozy corner of Greenfield although you can access all of the necessities within minutes. (gym, gas, grocery, coffee, mall, police department) I know it has served as my home away from home, and I think it might just be able to do the same for you! Also big bonus (free storage unit, parking spot, and visitor spots!)

Tuckaway Heights offers affordable rental rates (includes heat & water!) and provides a safe and calming environment. The apartments and grounds are well taken care of and the community is full of friendly, considerate people. Assigned parking makes things easy and there are plenty of visitor spots. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend!

The maintenance is the first one in this apartment. The response will be very quick and the maintenance personnels are friendly. Especially during snow fall, it’ll be cleared daily thrice which is an awesome one. In summer, it’s nice place to grill at the backyard. Also the lawn is like a park where we can spend more leisure time. Totally it’s a peaceful place to live.

We have been here for over a year now and loved it so far. The community grounds are well maintained and look so beautiful in all seasons. Staff here are very friendly and maintenance is well attended to at the same time safety measures are followed. All residents are friendly and respectful.

The service is so good and fast

My husband and I have been living here for 21 years and couldn't be more happier. Love the fact the we have central air. That is always a plus during Wisconson's hot weather. It's also nice to not receive those high electric bills for heat when the weather is cold. The apartments are quiet and well maintained as well as the hallways, the buildings and the grounds. Issues are taking care of in a timely manner. The park like setting with grills is great for grilling out for families. We couldn't be happier. Would and have recommended Tuckaway Heights to anyone.

We used to live downtown near the Marquette campus. Moving here has been a blessing for us. The parking lot is great for afternoon/evening walks. The area is kept clean and clutter-free. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Finally, the support staff is really helpful and always keeps us updated with news and notices. Would definitely recommend it to others, who love a calm lifestyle!!
