First of all, I've noticed the salting and plowing keeps our sidewalks and roadways safe for us. The maintenance guys are so friendly and capable of any problems too. The hallway is kept clean and smells fresh and as always, the grounds are well taken care of. The outsides of the new garages are nicely built and add a nicety to the property. Thanks!

I have been here 7 months so far and happy. These apartments are cozy and economical remodeled apartments with heat included. The garage option is a plus. The complex is clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive, friendly and welcoming. The maintenance response is excellent when needed and are very professional and friendly.

Tuckaway Heights is just the best place to live: helpful staff, a quick-to-respond maintenance crew, beautiful grounds, well cared-for apartments that are super clean, and central air.

I've lived here for a few years. I never have had any issues. Any maintenance requests are handled that day or the following day. I work at home most days and my view is great. I never have had an issue with noise. The laundry area, storage areas and hallways are always clean. I like the central air in the summer. The office staff is always very helpful.

My boyfriend and I moved to Tuckaway Heights back in May and we love it! The rent is very affordable and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The maintenance service is also incredibly fast. Living here really is stress-free and easy!

The office and staff are efficient, kind, knowledgable and helpful. The neighbors have been friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Overall I have lived here now two years and happy to call it my home.
